The Insight and Clarity Journey grew out of Zazz's lifelong pull toward noticing what's true and strong in people beneath the noise of life.

More than 25 years ago, a personal turning point sparked a clear sense of purpose: helping others recognize their gifts and bring them forward. That thread first showed up through storytelling work, helping people name the "golden threads" in their lives. These are strengths and qualities that run deeper than circumstances and are carried through generations.

Later, facilitating a class called Listening for the Insights shaped the method even more. Zazz lead these group experiencing deep listening, spaciousness, & reflection. It helped people hear themselves more clearly. In 2019, The Wellness Coast launched with nature-based experiences. COVID paused the outward form, but the vision kept maturing. The re-launched TWC and The Insight and Clarity Journey is where those threads come together. It's a simple, grounded process that helps people surface what's real inside them, name it clearly, and carry it forward. The understanding is straightforward. When people bring their gifts into the open, it lifts their life, and lifts the world around them. This work is about bringing more of the light within us all and magnifying into our world.

Clarity emerges when we shift our energy and attention. Through the Spark process—breath, movement, and gratitude—we open to beauty and wonder. In that space, insights naturally arise, often when we simply give ourselves the space to notice them.

No experience is needed. All that's required is a willingness to be open, curious, and receptive to new insights. That's enough.

Absolutely. In fact, many people who say they're "not very insightful" have simply placed themselves in a box based on past experiences. Insight isn't a special gift reserved for a few people—it's a natural human capacity. When you slow down, relax, and become more present through the Spark experience, new perspectives emerge on their own. You may discover that you've been more insightful all along than you realized.

Everything shared during the process is held in complete confidence. Our purpose is to create a safe, supportive space where you can relax, explore, and discover your own clarity and insight.

You are always in control of what you choose to share. We may ask gentle, intuitive questions to help guide your exploration, but there is never any pressure to discuss anything you're not comfortable discussing.

Share as much or as little as you wish, knowing that your privacy and trust are deeply respected throughout the entire experience.

The experience is both guided and self-directed. We provide the framework, while you follow what feels most meaningful to you.

We begin with the Spark experience to help you relax, become present, and open to new possibilities. From there, we explore nature together through a thoughtfully designed journey that includes reflection, conversation, and discovery.

The experience concludes with a personalized inspiration movie that captures the beauty of your journey and the insights that emerged along the way.

We're doing this because every person carries unique gifts, wisdom, and potential that are often not fully recognized or expressed. I think of these as evolutionary seeds—qualities within us that are meant to grow, be shared, and contribute to something greater than ourselves. When people gain clarity about who they are and what they have to offer, they experience greater joy, purpose, and fulfillment. And when those gifts are expressed in the world, everyone benefits. In that way, this work is about more than personal insight—it's about helping create a more conscious, compassionate, and inspired world, one person at a time.

I see our gifts as evolutionary seeds because they contain - often realized powers and potentials. Just as a seed carries within it the blueprint of a much larger expression of life, our gifts carry within them the potential for greater contribution, creativity, love, service, and impact.

Insight is often the moment we become aware of one of those seeds. Clarity helps us understand how it wants to grow. And through action and embodiment, that seed begins to express itself in the world.

When we nurture and share our gifts, we don't just change our own lives—we contribute to the evolution of our families, our communities, and ultimately the world around us.

The photography is about you in nature. It's not intended to be a traditional portrait session, although we may capture a few beautiful portraits along the way.

We create what I call contextual photography—images that place you within the beauty, wonder, and grandeur of the natural world. These photographs become part of a visual story that reflects your journey, your insights, and the possibilities that are emerging for you.

Our role as witnesses as well as photographers is to quietly capture meaningful moments and create highly aesthetic images that support and enhance the experience. The photographs provide a visual context for your reflections and insights, helping transform them into a lasting and inspiring record of your journey. Here’s a few examples: 

That's an important question. One of the distinctions we explore during the experience is the difference between familiar, habitual thinking and insights that arise from a deeper place of awareness.

Most of us spend much of our lives thinking the same thoughts in slightly different forms. Through breath, movement, nature, and reflection, we create an opportunity to step beyond those familiar patterns and become receptive to new perspectives.

A genuine insight often feels different from ordinary thinking. It may arrive unexpectedly. It can bring a sense of clarity, resonance, energy, or possibility. Rather than feeling like something you're trying to convince yourself of, it often feels more like remembering something you already knew deep inside.

Ultimately, you don't have to force yourself to believe any insight. The question is: Does it feel true? Does it bring greater aliveness, clarity, and alignment? Over time, the insights that are real tend to prove themselves through the positive changes they create in your life.
